Other than a quickly fading afterimage, no visual phenomena are displayed with this semblance's use

Time within a 250m (0.25 kilometers, 0.15 miles, 820 feet, or 273 yards) is stopped entirely for ten seconds, and anything bound to it (living things, electrical currents, moving objects) except for the user (or someone whose Semblance also unbinds them from time) is halted entirely.

A person can not see, hear, feel, think or otherwise process what is happening during halted time, as they are bound to it, and it is currently not moving. Even data has a speed at which it moves, and speed is coupled with time.

This might seem like a really weird explanation if you don't look at time as a thin layer of constantly-shifting fluid over the tangible dimensions , as I do.

Concord's aura is entirely non-present during frozen time.
