Ginnungagap (Deity) close

Ginnungagap is one of the four Eylúðrian primordials. He is commonly thought to be the primordial of chaos, though some consider this false. He is the protostar which Yggdrasil orbits and is thus lacking a “true” physical form, or at least one that can be observed. Worship of him is very taboo and even outlawed in some realms, though common within the four orders of Seidr, as it is he who gives them their power.

Phenir close

Phenir is one of the four Eyluðrian Primordials, specifically the primordial of frost and storm. He is known by his few followers as the “forgotten god” Because of his sudden disappearance during the founding of the Asgardian Empire. He is allegedly the physical manifestation of Niflheim, though that title has been forgotten by all but the Niflish natives.

Surtr close

Surtr is one of the four Eyluðrian primordials, specifically the primordial of fire and earth. He is the physical manifestation of Muspelheim and is said to be destined to burn the sacred ash to the ground during Ragnarok. His steps can allegedly be heard for miles and the heat of his sword could melt the West entirely.

Yggdrasil (Deity) close

Yggdrasil is one of the four Eylúðrian primordials. While primarily an order Godex, they begrudgingly harbour all magics on their planet. They are the planet made living, the land their spine and the waves their cloak. Taking the mortal form of a plant-like centaur, they are much less benign than their zealous followers believe they are. Most who die do so by their hand, and their grand plan is stained in blood.
