Horrid entities comprised of a bark-like structure. They are said to be older than the Firm, or at least its current iteration. They've consumed countless realities in their goal to end the Firmament as a whole, for reasons only they understand. Their appearances vary from near humanoid to so unnatural it's a wonder they can move at all.
