The plot mainly follows Estus, Vamah, and Yalka as they slowly become get involved, both with the Vagapariñe-Vældic war and with the reordering of cosmic power, brought on by a “re-election” on Reigín. Yalka, Estus, and Estus’ infant daughter Engrid are three of the new elected and end up being lifted up to the moon. Vamah, stuck on Azafát with no idea what has happened...
