Pandemonium is a place of eternal battle. There has never been peace in any area. Every inhabitant is almost mindless, only able to do the necessities (eating, sleeping, etc) and fight. A heavenly world of peace. Among the Romantiquans, there are the Erosians, the Philish, the Storgites, the Ludusans, the Maniacs, the Pragmese, the Philautians, and the Agapes. The Maniacs were banished long ago and have since been forgotten. They live underground.

Shiftrea is a rather small part of the Forest, especially when it's compared to Emberwood or Lunarwisp. All Shifters live in a single town, so the Shifters are very close to one another. Shiftrea is technically larger than just that one town, but most of it consists of dense thickets. Shiftrea is very cut off from the surrounding parts of the Forest, which allows a certain important part of the plot to happen.

The Untouchable Thicket is a section of the Forest that is extremely dense, so much so that traveling through it on foot is nearly impossible. The only inhabitants of the Untouchable Thicket are the Harpies, who live among the treetops.
