YO YO YO I have a chain idea, I hope this takes off, I think it'll be fun!

So, this is an OC development chain, wait, lemme explain.
This works just like the "Most _____ character" thread. But a bit tweaked. You write you character's name, a short description and make an assumption about the character above, and the person above can implement this to their character, while the person below does the same to you! Why, you may ask? Well, well, well, it's to deepen a character who you recently created or simply feel like developing further, so barebones OCs are not only welcome, but prefered! Just a small suggestion generator. You can participate as many times as you want, and even use the same character more than once (but wait a while until using them the 2nd time! Y'know, just to add some nice little variety here?)

She's a human artist who morphs into a harpy at night. She's 35 and also the leader of a magical council (when transformed), but is always kept under her sibling's shadow because they're in fact the person who discovered the rituals to awaken such magic some years ago.

He's just an average guy in his eighteens who's in a band and uses hearing aids. He lives in a really small town in the middle of the woods (set in the early 2000s) and is about to move out of his parents' house. His favorite place to be is alone in the woods, he just enjoys the quietude and solitude. Yeah lmao

(This sounds fun)

They feel like they’d be a guide to those lost in the woods.

Jonathan
Reptilian warrior that was wrongly banished to Earth after a rebellion in his tribe. He has since become a landlord to unusual creatures hiding among the humans, and later witnesses a major event that seriously affects his race. He is quiet and compassionate, but goes into a temporary ‘trance’ as an involuntary response to constant stress.

he sounds like he lives off of black coffee and only gets groceries from the convenience store at three in the morning

Micah Mercutio Wells
(she/they) She's a fairly average high school theater kid who runs off of ramen noodles and Monster energy drinks. They gave themself their middle name after watching Romeo and Juliet when she was eight and fell in love with Mercutio's character. She enjoys stealing rolling carts, eating lunch beneath the high school stairwell and making earrings out of things that shouldn't be earrings

Lybra San Disu
(he/him) A chaotic pilot with more genius than he knows. Extremely confident, extremely flirtatious, looks like he crawled out of a 90s punk rock scene, complete with bright pink laces on his boots. A speed demon of the worst kind and extremely handy with a knife, and despite his confidence, breaks down every time he tries to talk to the guy he likes.

He sounds like he collects weapons and would be mortified if Mr. Crush found out.

Kieron Isaia Vanu
(he/him) A huge, sweet, naïve tank of a jock. Lifts like a freight elevator, eats like a bear preparing to hibernate, and is in way out of his depth and probably less concerned about it than he should be.

He sounds like he would just completely beat the heck out of someone making fun of his friends, even if the person was way stronger than him.

Andor Nordmark
(he/him) A chaotic bisexual who graduated from art school so that he can pursue his dream of writing comic books, but works as a barista so that he can do things like pay rent. Dyed his hair purple just because. Just wants to have a good time all the time.

He sounds like he would derail his entire shift by trying to make an overly intricate latte design and keeps going "no, wait, I'm almost there!" whenever someone tells him to give up.

Geneva Weston
She/her. A law student who dropped out due to medical debt after a car accident and now works at a coffee shop. Kickboxes in her free time. Phone on silent 100% of the time. Insults people with a deadpan delivery so people will think she's joking (she's not)

She sounds like she uses head/earphone/buds 80% of her day and uses it as a way to ignore people, even when she's not listening to anything. And she probably wears or would like to wear dark academia clothing. (I was gonna say she'd be addicted to coffee and then I read she owns a fucking coffee shop. lmao)

Coraline
She/her. Just a scene/emo girl who is (ironically) extremely cheerful. Likes music but works as an electrician and has extensive knowledge in metal casting/solding. She's really outspoken, tends to overshare and is very talkative, also makes her a bit unreliable regarding keeping others' secrets. She also really really hates physical contact for some reason and is questioning but might be demisexual.

Osric aka Ozzy
he/him. another high school theater kid that named himself after a Hamlet character. (transmasc swag hehe) he's addicted to baja blasts, carries a skateboard (that he does not know how to use) around, and currently has a zebra stripe backpack covered in patches and pins. enjoys playing dungeons and dragons and chooses the most absurd routes you could even fathom during the game

He sounds like he adores the early 2000s (or is a 2000s kid himself) and would love to start a band, either indie-rock or punk-pop, no inbetween whatsoever. Also, transmasc swag babe!

LostMedia
(any/pronouns, it/its) A cryptid entity who represents all lost media. Looks like a gigantic humanoid statue, but more than 80% of it is missing and it's mostly just a floating faceless head, glitched hands and one blacked-out knee. It doesn't speak but is non-agressive, can open web pages through it's few functioning pieces (like screens) to help travelers and those also lost, but it can't type or post anything.

It seems like it would wake you up at 3 am in the morning and just stare at you, and it would not realize how terrifying it is to be on the receiving end of it.

Jackson Gavel
He/him. Actor who tried making it big in NYC but had to return home after an injury. Undiagnosed ADHD. Currently a private investigator. Golden retriever energy. Honestly kind of a himbo. Will just grab random items and start juggling them out of boredom. Memorized the intro dance to A Chorus Line.

He seems like the kind of person who would just break into song on a long car trip and try to get everyone else to join in.

Milo Kvaristad
(He/him) Wants one thing, and one thing only and that is to kill the king of his home kingdom as an act of revenge. Thinks he's better at a lot of things than he actually is, especially when it comes to combat. Super cocky, arrogant, and manipulative, but still can't figure out why no one wants anything to do with him.

He sounds like he’d be paranoid once he became king, and thus would have an extensive spy network working for him.

Mardicos Adakain Tirencyn
(He/him) A former king cursed with lycanthropy by the witch queen he loved. He eventually killed her to free both of them of the heartbreak from their past. He’s a wandering loner, but he secretly craves companionship, and unfortunately keeps falling for the same type of treacherous seductress that cursed him in the first place.

He sounds like he'd use button-up shirts to go to bars and hit on women (fails at such task) whenever he stops a while during his adventures wandering around. He also sounds like he has a rough/raspy voice and has a surprisingly good sense of humour once you get to know him.

Carl
(They/them) an extremely overworked 4'11" person in their mid 30s, that has a resting bitch face and deadpan delivery 95% of the time. They're a manager and really good at it, so good in fact that they can barely stop to breathe due to being constantly in meetings or drowned in papers. They're very logical, objective and straight-foward, which might make them seem unapproachable.

They sound like their catch phrase would be "I'll sleep when I'm dead." They also sound like they pound back 10 cups of black every morning to both wake up and as an intimidation tactic.

Nicoli (Nic) Brightly
(He/him) A seventeen-year-old wandering musician with an optimistic attitude and a talent for art. He's an extraverted hopeless romantic who loves doing stuff for other people. He's a bit of a doormat and doesn't know how to set boundaries, but he will not hesitate to defend his friends.

He sounds like the kind of person who would leave the house at 3am to help a friend in need.

Kit Marwing
(He/him) Crown prince, and only child of the current reigning king and queen. Has spent almost his entire life in the castle and it show. Has no idea how the average citizen in his kingdom lives, and is routinely shocked at things like poverty and petty crime. Bad at keeping secrets, and also is telekinetic.

he sounds like when/if he ever went out of the castle, he'd tip things over/let stuff fall/mess stuff up and then he'd stop and keep waiting for someone to pick it up/fix/clean it up, while his fellow average citizens nearby just kinda stare at him waiting for him to do something about it. Also, he sounds like he's not really evil, just awfully misguided and still has lots to learn.

OutOfBounds
(They/he/it) A glitch harpy-like humanoid entity, immortal, can teleport, however they can't be seen, heard or interact (he clips through) with anything that isn't glitched as well. Constantly trying to find fellow glitched entities, but those tend to be patched and just poof out of existance. Their only companion is LostMedia, a sentient but unarticulate entity. Is friendly to an overwhelming point due to the isolation and loneliness, but really paranoid. Tends to talk a lot, and is definetely extroverted.

(she/her) the deuteragonist of an analog/alien small-town horror set in the 80s. cuban-american and really only wears the colors orange and black. near obsession with the supernatural and strange, loves to ghost hunt and study "alien activity" in her rural town. seen as an oddball, lives for pumpkin flavored things, and her only friend is the Edgy Leather Jacket Loner, who she knows that she's 7 times cooler than. eats lunch in libraries usually bent over some sort of Agatha Christie novel

She sounds like she knows how many species of pumpkin there are and has Opinions™ about what each is for.

Naomi Éveline "Ned" Diard
(she/her) Disabled (tibial prosthesis and raging PTSD) bi disaster military veteran (don't call her an ex-Marine). Gruff, snarky, painfully honorable, can be the best friend you could ever have, and can wreck a threat's day from a mile off.

They sound like the kind of person who could use anything as a weapon. Probably super resourceful and could probably MacGyver their way out of any situation.

Ara Azaryan (he/him) surgical resident who drinks more coffee than all my other characters combined. Usually the smartest person in the room, and never lets you forget it. Super snarky and sarcastic, and likes to be the boss. Thrives in stressful situations, unless the situation is a traffic jam because this man has 0 patience.

He sounds like he’d be an evil scientist with a whole crew of minions, both created and hired, to assist him in any situation (whether it’s world domination or just keeping up with his coffee habits, lol).

Phalakros
(He/him) A reptilian/avian half-breed who was possessed and genetically mutated, so he now has a dark Alter-Ego that absolutely terrifies him. He’s a complete nervous wreck, and is easily frightened, but he’s very gentle and has a golden heart. He willingly serves, and cares for, the half-crazed demigod, Lucitius, who is like a father to him.

He sounds like his Alter-Ego has a bit of a repressed God-complex that clashes a lot with his usual sevant-like, gentle self. Also, his colors absolutely scream black, dark grey, and moss green, I'm sorry, I don't make the rules ù_ú

Paul
(he/him) A 25 year old failing Business Man^TM, owner of a cigar company, smokes more than he breaths. Has very low filter and ends up often rude or brutally honest. Lowkey hypersexual. Cares and puts a lot of effort into his looks and is equally judgemental of other's. Very good at lying, surprisingly extroverted and social though. Superiority Complex all the way.

He sounds like he’d be the kingpin of some criminal empire, like in the cop shows.

Lexie
16-year-old spitfire with a reckless sense of adventure. Athletic with strong sense of justice. Super protective of her best friend, the supervillain’s daughter. Friendly and extroverted. Likes to introduce herself to new people by passive-aggressively threatening them. Usually doesn’t mean it.

She sounds like she'd be on the track team but also accidentally knock over her competitors.

Charley Abbott: they/them, incredibly lonely all of the time, chronic desire to keep the peace between arguing family members and friends, constantly has the energy of someone who rolled a Nat 1 on Charisma but is still endearing in their awkwardness. Absolutely adores their spouse.

They kinda sound like they'd write a song about wine and stars.

Jaciel: An ancient entity of Death. Likes food and being a bit bitchy. Constantly sounds cheerful which bugs a lot of people on its own.
