Mm, so there are a bunch of different methods, but what you need to do first is study the multiverse. Try and understand it before you launch into things

Yes. You won't shift on your first few times, I'm grinding gears with a teacher who understands it better than I do.

When you shift, what does your body in meatspace do? Like does it stay sleeping?

Mm, when you come back it'll be only a few seconds, it's mostly just meditating I belive.
