There actually is a reason. Tiara was born a human and was combine with parts of a Near (human-like species in development) to resemble a human spider. This did stunt their growth so they've been 5'0 for several years. As for their weight, they have extra arms within their body. Their arms add extra weight to their body when their arms are resting in their body. Without the extra limbs, Tiara would be 70lb
