forum I need names for my forest and a mountain range, and for the life of me I can't find one that fits. Also my city needs a better name.

I've always felt that forests need a sh sound in them - it evokes leaves, and r sounds are nice too. Also, what type of city are we talking about - specifically, what era/tech?

A mix of Volcanic and Fold mountains.

And it's an advanced era. Flying cars, mechs, etc.

I'm going to copy a name from my friend's Minecraft Realm and say Eribor. Siyentha? Something more hard-edged might work. Tacciya (ta-'chee-ya). Ventuia.

V, R, T, K, J, <- those letters would be the ones I would think of…

Mount Vesuvius was named for Zeus (Ves), Heracles (Vesouvios), and the Oscan word fesf which means smoke. Maybe look up what smoke/fire/lava/god means in ancient languages until you find a word you like?
