forum I need help figuring out a number system

Does anyone know anything about writing number systems? I’m having trouble figuring out how to write bigger numbers. I already have number symbols for 0 to 10, and after 6 it turns into 2 symbols instead of 1, and I want to figure out how I should write out bigger numbers with them, mostly how numbers in the 10’s, 100’s and 1000’s should be written out. A specific number I’m looking for is 1018. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I think I did, it’s been a while since I visited the language I was asking this for. Since then I’ve changed the numbers to base 8 instead of base 10. This reply just reminded me to add a few symbols I’d made for q00 and 1000 but forgotten to put in, so thanks for the reminder!
