While editing a character - Nature - Conditions
I fail to understand what this category is for, I've been doing some googling with no useful results.
Are we talking physical condition, like fitness, physical handicaps, diseases (Diarrhea, influenza, etc)
Or psychological conditions like state of mind, psycological diseases (Alzheimers, schizophrenia, etc)
Or something third?
I believe that it is everything to do with mental illnesses, physical injuries/disabilities, diseases, etc
I only use it for conditions unique to my world like various kinds of corruption

Yeah, it's physical, mental, emotional conditions, that sort of thing. Some people may use it to describe magical conditions such as blessings or curses as well, if it's more of a "condition" than a power.
Although typically it's going to be used as a more long-term state of being. So I wouldn't put a temporary thing like influenza under the category, unless it helps you sort things out. But you could put something like asthma that the character would have for the whole course of the story.
