forum Can't use up or down arrow keys when editing a field

When I'm focused in a text field with content long enough to wrap to multiple lines, I'd expect the up and down arrow keys to move me between lines like any other text editor, but it's not doing anything. Left and right still works. I'm on Windows Chrome, version 98.0.4758.102.
