forum basically total drama island but with murder (group rp, open!!)

couldn't think of a better name for this so here we go. currently trying to use rp to get me excited to write again so i can out of this writer's block i'm in ngl. the only plot i could think of is a game show (similar to total drama) but with a twist. what the campers don't realize is that whoever gets voted off the show gets murdered, so at first it just seems like a normal game show. after the first few people disappear, it starts to become apparent that they're not going to the separate summer camp promised for the losers. it's no longer just $500k on the line…it's the contestant's lives as well.

alright, alright. now we know the plot. time for some rules! ofc andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s rules but i do have a few additional things to add.

-this is a literate rp so please no one or two sentence replies! i get sometimes you don't have a lot to work with but i would appreciate it if y'all would try to get at least a paragraph per response
-no mary sues/gary stus please!
-only two characters per person! this way if one of your characters gets killed off you still have another character to work with, but doesn't skew the vote too badly so that one person is essentially deciding who gets voted off
-this rp is probably gonna be about pg-15 or so. language and violence/gore are both okay! but don't go too crazy with either, and no slurs or offensive language ofc
-romance is also fine! however if you want anything more intense than kissing, either take it to pms or have it fade to black lol

special skills: She knows a bit about surviving in a forest. She studies nature (mainly plants) in her spare time, so she knows about that as well. She is pretty decent with riddles, not much with puzzles though. She is also very good at cooking and preparing food.
other: She has always been self-conscious about her last name but loves her first name. She is paranoid about all of the cameras and pretty much hates production.

appearance: Noel has a more square-shaped face with a sharp jawline and chiseled features. He is fairly conventionally attractive, being the host of a new game show that is quickly gaining popularity. He has smooth, fair skin and dark brown hair that looks perfectly windswept (a hairdresser does it before filming each morning to get it to look perfect). He is a bit under average height–a fact that he does not disclose to the public–standing at 5' 6". He has a little bit of stubble and a blindingly white smile. He also has dimples. He has a strong Roman nose and thin lips, as well as naturally long eyelashes. He has an athletic body type and a lot of stage presence (or I guess film presence? lol).
personality: No one know's Noel's real personality, as he always puts on an air for the television. Even when not filming, he plays the part of the attractive new host ripped from obscurity to being the face of an exciting new game show. He is always "switched on," full of energy and excitement and has very dramatic facial expressions. He loves the spotlight but also tries to appear quite generous and nice. He is nice enough when being spoken to one-on-one, but doesn't go out of his way to help people. Noel is cheerful and creative, always thinking on his feet and able to spin his way out of any situation, similar to Reigen Arataka from Mob Psycho 100. He's really into the whole game show, to the point that it might be a little creepy to the contestants themselves, but the crowd generally tends to eat up his antics.
special skills: Like I mentioned above, he is great with words and with crowds, able to get people to believe what he is saying and think on his feet. He is less good one-on-one but still has a charisma about him. Noel is also very crafty and smart, as well as energetic. He never seems to run out of energy, no matter how long he goes on for.

appearance: Jason is a natural born ginger that dies his hair black, so sometimes the roots have a different color from his hair if too much time passes. He has heterochromatic eyes, but it's hard to notice, since one eye is blue and one is green, and the colors tend to be similar depending on what he's wearing. Jason keeps his hair short, though for the show he was told to grow out the front longer to make it easier for stylists. He is quite handsome, with a strong nose and jawline. Straight teeth and a sly smile. However the first notable feature is the long burn scar running from the left side of his eye to the corner of his lip in a long, thinner line.
personality: Imagine the most competitive person you know. Now throw them out the window because Jason is worse. There is no corner of his heart that he would not unveil for a point. He's cunning and tries to plan for every possibility, and tries to maximize every move in games. He's very intelligent, good at memorization and problem solving, but he can struggle to work in groups where he's not in charge or they don't follow his plan. That being said he is good at improvisation and tries to work on the fly when he can. You would hate board game night with this guy, as he'd make a game of monopoly a living hell. In this environment he's very suspicious and paranoid, so he's willing to throw even teammates under the bus.
special skills:He's very smart, and decently in shape.
other: Responds to both Jason and Michael. The burn isn't from anything traumatic, he just had a birthmark there and when he was really, really young tried to remove it himself and accidentally burned himself.

appearance: Bridget has light brown hair with highlights and she keeps it in two braids that sit loosely on her shoulders. Olive skin and a slight tan. She has an oval face and deep set amber eyes. She's the conventional 'sporty' kind of pretty., very athletic and with perfect skin. A cupids bow shaped lips, and makeup carefully put on to look natural. On the taller side, just barely brushing 6'0".
personality: Bright and bubbly, Bridget is a magnetic sort of person. She's super social and outgoing, trying to befriend people around her. She's curious and easily excited, and her dream has always to be on TV. So her energy levels are high for this game. However, she's horrible in stressful situations and breaks down into tears at the slightest drama or inconvenience.
special skills: Bridget has good people skills and works best when she's in a group with other people. Lots of camping, hiking, and a bit of wildlife skills.
other: Most of her laughs are fake, her real one is somewhere between a wheeze, a snort, and something that kind of sounds like choking. Another interesting note is that she has no shame, and embarrassment isn't a word in her vocabulary.

special skills: She is used to camping in the forest. She can stay levelheaded whenever in a stressful situation and is a quick thinker. She loves puzzles and is good at word related games.

appearance: Max has curly brown hair that can get a bit unruly at times and is almost to the point where he can put it in a baby ponytail if he tries. He has a warm, copper complexion with an array of freckles all over his body. He has big, coffee brown eyes with thick lashes and thick eyebrows as well. Max has a more round face, with a slightly upturned nose and full lips. He is very in shape and is built like a swimmer, since that is his sport of choice. He stands at 6' 0".
personality: Max is very enthusiastic, getting easily excited and generally being quite high-energy. He can be emotional, getting angry easily at times, but also bounces back quite quickly. He is not the sharpest tool in the shed, but sometimes he notices things that other people tend to pass by. He is also quite knowledgable about pop culture and people skills, being very friendly and nice to those he meets. Max is also quite knowledgable about eating right and exercise, even knowing about CPR and first aid since he has worked as a life guard before. He's quite talkative and will talk the ear off of anyone who happens to listen. He also enjoys video games. Max is very bad at taking constructive criticism and is a bit of a people pleaser, as he is afraid that people don't like him. He is the sort of person who will get upset if someone dislikes him for any reason. Insecure.
special skills: As mentioned above, he is very athletic and knows CPR and first aid. Has basic medical and anatomy knowledge as well as good people skills. Decent at video games and sometimes puzzles.

appearance: Mischa stands at about 5'8" with a lithe frame and fairly sharp/delicate features. She has mousy brown hair that she either keeps loose around her face or ties back in a ponytail. Her hair reaches about her collarbone. Mischa is pale with sunken teal colored eyes. Her eye bags are painfully pronounced and her smile always looks uneasy. Her natural expression is very intense, like she's trying to explode something with her mind at all times. She prefers to bundle up, granted where she lives is freezing cold, but she's on an island so she settles for a thin black turtleneck and denim shorts.
personality: Mischa is a fairly timid person, but that doesn't mean she's weak. Mischa has an unexpected amount of fight in her and refuses to let anyone step on her or her brother. Mischa gets attached to certain people and without them she finds herself scrambling. She thought of doing this to help coax her out of her shell. Mischa isn't necessarily sheltered, but she can be oblivious. Despite this, Mischa can run with the punches and work under a surprising amount of stress. She may not be a leader, but she's a support anyone would want on their team.
special skills: First aid (so much), CPR, dealing with all sorts of wounds. Working well under pressure, very calm in hard situations. Also a decent shot with a bow.
other: Her twin brother is Nikola. Back home, she's in college as a med student. She's training to be a paramedic. Has intense insomnia.

appearance: Nikola is about 5'9" with a frame slightly thinner than Mischa's. He has chin-length, golden yellow hair that he ties back in the tiniest, messiest ponytail one could possibly muster. He has a big smile and sharp features and wide, teal eyes. Like his sister, he also has pronounced eye bags. HIs natural expression is wide-eyed with a small, playful smile. His pale skin is covered in freckles. He's also accustomed to the cold, but he's on an island so he wears a dark, baggy t-shirt with godawful dark green cargo shorts with black high tops.
personality: Nikola is a very sunny, competitive person. He loves a challenge and he loves to come out on top, but that doesn't mean that he'll constantly step on people to achieve that. Unlike Mischa, he's very talkative, curious, and quick to make friends. He's also a natural caretaker. Nikola has a small hero complex, willing to throw himself in front of a bullet to save anyone. He isn't nearly as good under stress as Mischa is, but with the help of his sister, he can usually snap into game mode and get a job done.
special skills: Lots of people skills, good at gathering evidence and putting pieces together. Also, he's a very good shot with a gun.
other: Twin brother of Mischa. In school as a journalism student. Also has bad insomnia (dang familial sleeping problems.)
