Hey, I could help you out. While there's usually overlap between abuse and toxicity, The specific to a toxic relationship are passive-aggressiveness, lack of commucation, shifting blame, both parties tear each other down, refuses to be on the other's side, over competitiveness, Neediness, and one or more party playing the victim
Thank you, I think that's actually gonna be really helpful!
No prob
Find a healthy relationship in any sort of media. Now do the exact opposite of the healthy relationship. This may sound similar to what the other person said
I recommend researching gaslighting and reverse psychology since that is what abusers (or toxic people) use in relationships. Gaslighting is a form of manipulation that people use to make other's question themselves and their reality. There are a good amount of articles about it online.
Just an afterthought, just make sure you're not romanticizing it (not that I think that you would, it's just that people do this and portray it as 'clingy' or 'cute' or something and it's really off-putting)
I assume you mean romantic relationship, but I do have first hand experience with the more platonic and familial if you have any questions!
