and, I maybe might have just accidentally started a new story of my own that takes place in a steampunk world and it would be cool to talk with other writers who love steampunk worlds about it! especially when/if I get writing blocked

I kinda did this too… I haven’t worked on it recently though (crazy muse… or lack of, I don't know. It jumps around like a cartoon bunny from one thing to another) but I am curious what your Steampunk story is about

im curious too, idk much yet
we got two orphans, ive already got background and names for both, and theyre in a trading/import/export/shipping city, but they live in the slums and have to spend their days thieving or finding someone who will pay them for work. Maya likes to work on SkyShips better than stealing, but she's not above it. Kee likes pickpocket work just as well as honest paid work, but he cant do SkyShips (cause thats more like, advanced/specialized work) so he gets by with maintenance on land vehicles.
Maya hopes to eventually build her own SkyShip to get away from their crummy city of coal smoke and underhanded deals, although Kee is just fine where he's at.
I haven't made their character sheets yet, but maybe ill do that today
