Ravenmire Gardens. A place known for being an absolute paradise. With everything everyone could possibly need, or want. Anything good could happen there.

Or, at least, that's what the people who run the place tell you.

Your characters have one thing that they truly desire. So when they are brought to the entrance to Ravenmire when they fall asleep one night, and are promised their hearts' desires, they'd be all in, right?

The thing is, though, is that the Gardens are a lie. Sure, during the day, everything is perfect and wonderful, full of kind, willing people… but after the sun sets, everything vanishes. It becomes a maze of ghost towns and poisoned streams and freaky trees, with branches reaching out to get you. The workers of Ravenmire turn into ferocious beasts, without a human memory left in their minds. And the thing is… there's no way out.

It is your character's job to survive. There are no tools to use, except the ones that they kept with them when everything went wrong.

When the sun rises again, everything is fine, but when night falls, terror strikes.

And if you die here, in Ravenmire, you stay dead.

Basic Appearance: long, thick golden hair in a braid, russet brown eyes, the face of a Roman goddess, broad shoulders, some muscle but not a lot, around 6’2. Basic Personality: INTP- Flexible thinker that enjoys taking an unconventional approach to many aspects of life. She often seeks out unlikely paths, mixing willingness to experiment with personal creativity. Great analyst and abstract thinker, open-minded, rather blunt. Very private and withdrawn, can be insensitive and absent-minded, hates rules, and very much an over thinker.
Greatest Desire: not immortality itself, but information or a way to fix that genetic error in all living things. The last piece of the puzzle, if you will.
Other: has a nut allergy, probably the only butch lesbian in the world that doesn’t have short hair lol. Wants a cat as her partner in crime. A little too familiar with making and using incendiaries
Magic: she’s a witch, born with telekinesis, pain resistance, and the ability to manipulate heat. She’s also knowledgeable with blood magic and spells, and usually keeps a syringe and vials of her blood around.

Basic Appearance: I drew her a while ago. In addition to what you see there, she also has very large brown bird wings with orange primary feathers.
Basic Personality: Chill, easy-going, practical, outdoorsy, inventive, travels constantly, foodie, jokester, brave, can sometimes be self-serving, dishonest, or emotionally distant.
Greatest Desire: To find someone who truly loves and understands her without sacrificing her freedom. Whether that person will be a friend, a significant other, or perhaps her missing parents, she doesn't know yet.
Other: She grew up an orphan, along with her big brother Vinyan. She's always been poor and hungry and is used to getting by on almost nothing, but despite that she's content with her life. She recently parted ways with her bro, since he found a home and she wanted to continue traveling, but they're still on good terms. She either walks or flies everywhere, and spends her days on one long road trip.
Magic: She is a being called a Happa-Brynn. Aside from having avian wings, she can also see auras, heal injuries, and create a defensive energy shield. She's only modestly good at magic, since it requires a lot of energy and she needs to save all her strength for flying and finding food. Oh, and she can magically "put away" her wings when she doesn't need them, meaning they shrink until they're nothing but a small patch of feathers between her shoulder blades. Where she comes from, humans don't know about magic, so she uses this ability to blend in with them as needed.

Basic Appearance: 5'9 and lightly muscled, with caramel skin and relatively broad shoulders. One of her eyes is sky blue, and the other is light gray. She has short aqua hair that's constantly messy, just long enough to tie back in a ponytail. Scars all over her face and body, most notably a large burn scar in the shape of an X on her back. She wears loose cargo shorts and oversized t-shirts, paired with sneakers and a bag that she carries with her.
Basic Personality: Very blunt and straightforward, adventurous and hates rules, she's outgoing, creative and loves her friends. Often lacks common sense, and does things without thinking.
Greatest Desire: Azami wants to become famous, she doesn't really care what forprobably something illegal. She also wants her friends, especially her brother, to succeed, and wants to help them.
Other: She loves sailing, and often acts pirate-like, especially on the water.
Magic: Azami can create and control frost, she's able to make it travel through about anything that contains water, as long as it's within three meters of wherever her hands, feet, or whatever body part she's using to summon/control frost.
