Replacements

Reapers, Angels, and Oracles (+ their gods) are created by Atua to replace Exi's role. The two largest fragments of Exi's shattered soul create Calamity and Anya.

Rescuing Memories

So lost in his own grief, Tomo doesn't even realize he's nearly dead. He is pulled out of it by none other than a new goddess with a shocking talent for soul manipulation; Calamity.

With his senses returned to him, it's not long before he burns Existence's book.

History Repeats Itself

Unlike her predecessor, Kayra doesn't antagonize the god of mercy and compassion. Instead, her efficiency and thoroughness is what makes him corrupt - Alistair is never able to fulfil his concept.

Awakening

Permanence finally awakens with Emerald and Prie in tow. It is not long before he begins to create concept gods, as he once did. Interested in his work, he is often shadowed by Calamity.

Cultivation of a God of Knowledge

Dylan is tired of dealing with the deaths of his gods. He makes a proposal with Tomo and Cairdeas; create a god of knowledge that is, ultimately, an analog of the three of them. They agree.

Dylan assumes the responsibility of nurturing the newborn soul until Elliott is ready to become a god.

Carnage

For some reason, a number of ambassadors are dealt nearly-lethal damage that almost kills them the same way that Existence was killed. Ambassadors fall comatose.

Many major gods quickly band together to try and save their ambassadors. This leads to the creation of Dechrau Newydd.

Most of Percy's carefully created concept gods are slaughtered by this event. The few survivors he has were protected by him. He swears off creating any more.

Elliott's Fate

With Dylan's collapse, Tomo takes over nurturing the new god of knowledge. He gives Elliott a book to try and translate into Kieli as a way to learn about the world of the gods.

Misra tries to help, and this backfires. Amir comes to the rescue.
