On the plus side, I love the trope where one character is injured and their not-yet-love-interest is the one who has to patch them up. Bonus points if they realize they have feelings for each other as it's happening.

I feel like almost all of my stories have it; it's a disease that I'm loving to suffer from

YEAAAAASSSS I have literally wrote this happening in my story twice ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. first, Ya Girl got bit by a plant she's allergic to and Ya Boi had to care for her through her 🤩wack-tastic🤩 reactions, then he went and got his ass torn up and almost bled out so she has to nurse him back to health 🥰🥰🥰
all the while his younger bro is third-wheeling😠sorry Cayde
Another one I like is when a character- bonus points if it's the sidekick- has an incredibly high power level, but consistently holds back to show mercy, cuz they're a good person, but then. They come up against the BBEG and can finally unleash ALL of their power, and it's this big moment of sheer glee because they're just so OP
Peter Parker??
Yyeesss also superman at times
Not exactly the same thing but I instantly thought of Jubilee from X-Men and how a lot of people assume her powers are useless glowy lights when in reality her powers can have insane potential, she just holds herself back to avoid hurting people.
I LOVE THAT ONE
well there's kinda three I one there…
but yessss I love all of them
Okay but… a) Tall, conventionally attractive absolutely drop dead gorgeous bad ass perfect literall girlboss goddess women, and b) small twinkish awkard nerdy guys. And also a) Tall, conventionally attractive absolutely drop dead gorgeous bad ass perfect literall girlboss goddess women and b)small soft cottage core girls who take none of a's shit. A likes it
Cottagecore lesbians »»
a billion bonus points if A is a popular girl. Closeted and Uncloseted lesbian give points. We also love it when her closet is glass
that is a nice relationship trope🥰
what about:
badass x badass, the comedic arguing is the best way to badass in various situations.
Annoying chaos friend x the Competent one
Either relationship dynamic or Vitrolic Best Friends
heyheyheyyy… I thought of a thing. not sue what you'd call it, maybe one of those 'imagine ur OTP' things?? anyway:
Character A was sleepy or whatever and put their head on character B's shoulder. "this is my favorite place," they murmured drowsily.
"An abandoned house that we're taking refuge in for desperate reasons?" (idk Man U could substitute any less-than-desirable place)
A chuckled. "No. Here, with you. You're my favorite place." A took B's hand as they drifted to sleep
WOW that's shit. I thought of it while falling asleep and decided to remember so I could share with the other character-eating friends here on NB
