My character, Drea is currently running from the Keeper, a demon woman that had imprisoned her, and she just narrowly escaped. Right now she is running through the woods and I'm not sure how to go forward. Any ideas?

Hmm, does she have any powers? Or certain traits that can help her? Does she need to meet up with another character soon?
What if she stumbles upon an underground cavern that used to be the home of some part of race, and now it lays dusty and forgotten. Maybe she can find a sword to protect herself or quickly hide somewhere in it?
I need a bit more context for me to help you. A good tip for writing a book is to establish your goal of what you want to happen in your book, put them in order, and then create or fill in the parts of the story to link the goal together.

I want the MC who the story is going to start with to be a girl who is slightly poor. She meets the other MC who is a boy.

Anything else you think will seem ok can be nice too!

Okay…. (;^_^) I'm freaking horrible with sci Fi….
But here it goes!

She has always been at the bottom of the power rankings.
Since the begining, a single gift (superpower) is given by the creator to each child at birth. Every power varies on the childs fate/destiny and their personality as a whole.

If your power is strong enough, you will get to live a life of high society by working for the governments army.

She (MC) was seemingly bestowed with the powers of a Cryokinesis, freezing or manipulating speed of atoms. Rare, but not useful compared to others.

But her life get thrown into confusion as she realizes that water isn't the only thing she can freeze(like time or something). And now she has the government on her tail and this bright, flaming boy dragging her around the country, and he seems to be the only one who can melt through her spell.

(Literally 😂, she can't freeze him probably because he can burn through anything 😁)<-(but that's just my opinion 🤷)

A famous company has recently released a training RPG game that can fully submerge oneself into the game world. The company then studies how you proceed with the simulators and obstacles. And if they deem your action, potential, training (in game) up to their standards, you will be recruited for a secret ops group. (Or whatever you want)

The application trials have started and you, having gotten a chance at the simulator, dive into the virtual world.
It's all fun, training, and games until you realize that if you die in game, you die IRL.

(Okay, I really have nothing right now 🤷 😭 I suck at Sci Fi and I personally don't read alot (or hardly any) sci fi books/stories. So I'm sorry if this is (totally) not what you're looking for, (unless I just give you alot of random prompts and you just takes pieces of them all and form it into a prompt you'll like 🤷😂)
