Because of the way it only covers half of either of her breasts. I understand why they designed it like that, but I feel the same thing could have been done with a crop top or something similar.

She's 14-15, yeah. And I agree about the sexualizing thing(it's especially awkward and frustrating when you're the same age as the character being sexualized).
