Yes sort of, season 7 focuses on Cinderella and Tiana backstory mostly but there is wonderland

I don't remember there being a mad hatter but I do know that Sebastian Stan is not in it

they replaced all of the cast except for Regina, Rumple and Hook. Zelena was there for the last half.

the actors that played snow and charming were married and had a kid in real life so they probably left to take care of him and emma left to go to her family, i dont know about all the other characters though
