I was wondering if it's possible to use tags on touchscreen devices

Hi @NotSoBeautifulDiseaster ! Do you mean the tags that we can add in the "Tag" field on character pages (and all our other kinds of worldbuilding pages)? If so, then they can definitely be used on touchscreen devices! On mine, I can add and edit tags on a page, and I can also filter characters by tag when I'm in the "all characters" screen.
