No, but I can tell you that the first mythological creature ever documented was a cambion. Because Gilgamesh was one.

Yes. His father was.
I believe he impersonated Merlin's mother's husband so that he could birth him. I can't remember for what reason, but it was something like that. I could be right. But I know his father was part Incubus or a full one.
