I've been seeing this kind of thing on many writing websites I am on. The trend I see is that it's the newer generation of users; they just have no respect for rules or other users.

I've seen them around too. The Emojis really put me off

Yeah, they've popped up on a few of mine, and I agree, they were/are really rude, (Though I haven't seen them in awhile)
