So I've been mainly hanging out with my PM RPs, when I noticed that when I click to go back to the main forums and wait (and after replying to all of the RPs) the notifications for them still remained.
And just now, I'm part of the Artis People Chat, a notification for that popped up! And I had checked it a couple minutes ago. Yet when I reloaded they went away.
Anyone else having this problem?
yeah it's doing the same for me. if you reload a bunch it temporarily goes away, only to come back whenever you go to a new page

It's even doing it with deleted threads…. (Someone else made a thread for it…)
It’s the same for me, too! It’s so annoying.
andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) is apparently on it, (Something about the server loading the previous version of the page you're going too for the sake of speed instead of loading the most recent one.)
The best strategy around this is to refresh twice every time you switch pages.
