Is there any way I can make subcategories, e.g. continents, then nations, then provinces, then cities, or would I all put them under the category of locations.

Notebook Premium has countries, landmarks and towns in addition to locations, but these are all separate categories. There’s no way to nest things.
What you could do if you really want to link bigger to smaller and so on is create a couple of custom categories within your locations’ page, like ‘Parent Locations’ and ‘Child Locations’, to link bigger locations they’re part of and smaller locations within them. Like,
Location: Nation of C
Parent Locations
World: World of A
Continent: Continent B
Child Locations
Provinces:
Province D
Province E
Province F
Province G
Capital City: City Z

Okay. Thank you for the advice. I was always really confused by the landmark stuff and now I know why I cannot make them. As I already mentioned, thanks for your help.
