So a person and I are currently world building together, i created a universe and they are a contributor of mine; if the contributor purchases the premium subscription and lets say they opened up certain customizable pages; would I be able to use said purchased content or should both users be subscribed? Hey! If the owner of a universe has premium, any other collaborators in that universe will be able to create and edit premium pages within it. So, for example, if you have premium and add your friend as a collaborator (who doesn't have premium), they'll be able to turn on Creature and Planet pages – when they go to create one, they'll only be able to add them to your shared universe.

I have just added a friend to my Universe as a contributor and he is told whenever he tries to create a page for our Universe that he needs a premium subscription, I already have one, he doesn't, any way I could get a solution?
Hey Richard, I just looked into this and it looks like there was a small bug in sharing prepaid Premium codes with collaborators, but I'm pushing up a fix for it now. You should find that your collaborators are able to create Premium pages in your universe now as soon as it's live, which should be about 5-10 minutes from now. Hi, I bought a premium code yesterday and while I am able to get in and work on all the page types now it keeps saying I can't upload pictures because I don't have the "bandwidth" and when I check it says that is because I am still on a starter account. How do I get someone to check this out? I haven't had this issue previously
