forum Odd little page-linking glitch

Whenever I try to link to a page from somewhere using the @ thing, the scroll-box only flashes for second before disappearing. When I scroll up to the top, however, it appears up there. Any idea how to fix this?

Oh, and if it's a new page, the box doesn't show up at all. I have to save it once before I can link to any pages from the new page.

It's not happening all the time, just every so often.

What operating system and browser are you using?

Windows 10, Chrome

Okay, thank you. The list moving hasn't been happening the past few times, actually, but I'm still having trouble linking to other pages from brand-new pages.
