Okay, so I have been on all day, and it’s been running like a hot knife through butter. But now, around thirty minutes ago or so, Notebook’s been really slow, as said in the title.
Is andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) doing an update/fix? And not to be extremely annoying, but is there any way he could fix it? I saw a post on Pinterest about Notebook, and a lot of comments said this site’s really slow, and it’s scaring people off!
So I don’t want to be that guy, but I think it’s starting to become a problem.

theres loads of application errors im getting right now.

I feel as though he's doing something with the servers, as I have had it crash on me multiple times so far. Knowing him, though, we just need to be patient.
Yeah, I get that (I don’t want to be smart, I genuinely mean it), but I, and a couple other people feel that maybe he should try and work on the smoothness/quickness of the website. However, I saw some bugs that did pop up, and cause a serious problem.
But like I said, this slowness is just… I dunno. It’s kinda frustrating to work with.
Just fixed what I think was causing the slowness, and added some extra servers until the load comes down again. The application servers seem to have stopped, and I will keep keeping an eye on it. Sorry for the slowness! I'll take a more in depth look at speed over time this week.

First time making a Universe - glad to hear this isn't the normal running speed, was about to start looking for a different site, but this design is amazing! already better than anything else, even with the slow speeds.
Yeah, Notebook’s usually much faster than this, andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)’s probably messing around with some stuff.
I'm trying to get ahold of our hosting provider to address this. Looks like they're having the same issues they had a few months ago where new servers aren't being spun up when they're needed. In the meantime, I'm manually creating servers but that's only a temporary fix.

Haha, you're not being a bother. Sorry about all these issues! The site should get much faster again once they're addressed, and I'll probably spend a good amount of time optimizing code next week to make everything even faster than that. Thanks for the patience!
Goodness, looks like the hosting provider really isy having issues. The site is nearly unnavigable for me. I'm unable to get into my characters, and had to go back three times and click this discussion just to get into it! I hope it gets figured out soon!
It looks like the issue has been resolved, but I'll continue to monitor. I also have an extra update going out tonight that will speed up page load times around the site, but specifically on pages to view or edit your Notebook.ai pages.
