So, I've tried PM'ing people over the past two weeks. I'll type up the message, address the person correctly and everything, I'll hit send, and it just… doesn't? The button darkens, but the message never sends. I've tried refreshing and everything. Help?

It's because you have the moons in your user. They're not approved characters for users anymore..
