I want to delete the things I've created on this account without deleting it the account itself. Is there a way to do that?

Each page you’ve created will have a little trashcan icon on the top left of the edit screen which you can use to delete it. It might be a bit time consuming to manually delete everything this way, but I don’t know of any other method.
