There are some users like @Write Like You're Running Out Of Time, @that one potato Alex, and some others that I can't @Name or PM. Is this on behalf of the length, something wrong with the site, or is it just me misspelling something?

It's the spaces. Breaks the system man.
andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) has said that usernames with symbols other than letters and numbers in them can often cause issues with PMing.

I've been PM-ed before though with no issue, and I have a sace in my username.

It doesn’t always go wrong, but when it does it’s usually due to non-alphanumeric characters.
I'm trying to PM my friend @Cheshire_Angel, but the PM won't load their name.
Update: They changed their name to @El, and it still won't work. They are trying from their computer as well, and they can't find me.
Okay, we fixed it XD
For future reference to everyone, make sure you're setting your username, rather than your name. That's what the PM recipient lists are made from. :)
