forum I can't create a private chat, pls help.

I keep clicking on the send message option but it wont let me chat them when I click send.

Your username is invalid. Notice how I have an @ with a user with no spaces? You need to go to your account and create a username after clicking ‘Edit User’ and it’s the second box.
