how do you prepopulate thing from notes in your universe to a category in your character.

Hi! Can you explain what you mean by prepopulating things from notes to categories?

sometimes there is a drop-down list of things you can choose to fill, example the hair, I was wondering if I could use a list I made on the notes in my universe for a category on a character
