I need a second opinion/different perspective on my character/s and it would be greatly appreciated.

It would be a lot easier to give one on them if I had a story to work with. Dealing with giving opinions of something in a vacuum can't really be done with any sort of accuracy without context in seeing how they behave.

Dion feels a little flat to me, try putting her into different situations and seeing how she would respond to them. A bit more personality and story beyond their lineage might help. Constance I'm a little confused on. What do you mean their age is messed up? Do they have the body of a 7-year-old but are aging mentally? In that case, it might be good to list their mental age. Filling out backgrounds for both of them would help a lot.
