Random snippets from my stories. Some of them will be in relation to each other, some will not. I will not say which ones. Feel free to comment on any of them, if you wish.

Just a few warnings, I don’t know what any of these snippets will have, and I usually don’t write anything too graphic, but watch out. They will contain swearing however (or at least a few of them.)

“The itsy, bitsy humans,” the voice sang out through the ship. Red lights flickered on and off, the sirens long forgotten yet still ringing in their ears.

“Thought they could climb in our way,”

They clicked their guns. Heavy footsteps echoed out.

“Down came a scary monster..”

They stopped at the door. It was silent for a few moments, before the locks that they had tried to put on the door in hopes of slowing it down, began to bend and twist as the door was forcefully open. Suddenly, the ones at the front were knocked back into the ones standing behind them at a sudden force from the door being opened.

“AND CLEANSED THEM ALL OUT!” The creature roared, a somewhat human voice changing to a feral beast. The creature leapt at them as shots rang out, and in its head, the creature sang as it killed and sang its claws into them all,

Out came the monsters,

And vanquished all the humans,

Drip drip.

A single shot rang out, but the man ran out of ammo. Taking a knife, he backed up to the wall, as the beast exhaled, humid breath causing him to shut his eyes.

“And the itsy-bitsy human,” he noticed its use of no longer using a plural form,

“thinks he can do the same.”

Pointing their weapons, just as they were prepared to fire, they were signaled down. It was a strange act, but the guards did not question, and did as they were told, though the leader, closest to the man who signaled them down caught each other’s eyes. He tilted his head, as if asking what are you doing, but the man simply stared at the ‘woman’ standing ahead of them.

“Greetings, boys.” She spoke, wet hair dripping. She slowly walked forwards. “I suppose this was a rather unannounced visit?”

No one laughed.

The man, identied as Anton, stood upright. He stared her face to face. “What are you here for?”

“I think you’re aware. Just give it to me, and we won’t have any problems.” At this point, they were standing close to each other.

“This?” Anton turned around, nodding to a guard, who handed him a small pearl like contraption - a very small one, at that.

“Yes,” the woman stared at it. Anton could’ve sworn her blue eyes glinted a yellow, but perhaps it was a trick of the light, or just being in the ocean for so long.

Anton brought the gear up, but did not hand it to her.

“I would like to know how you got here. This is a classified submarine. No person - not one person should have been able to get here without control being notified, then notifying me afterwards..”

The woman stared at Anton as he continued on. “In fact, I seem to no long be able to contact Control. Do you have anything to do with that? Or was it a coincidence that it suddenly stopped working just as the stranger arrived on the sub with no warning? Care to..” Anton dropped the pearl which rolled to one of the feet of the guard standing in the distance. The guard moved to quickly grab it, hiding it.

The guards pointed their weapons at the woman, who had gripped Anton’s hand, holding him there.

“Give it to me,” the woman spoke, still smiling, “or I’ll fucking shatter your hand and bite your throat out.

Anton’s pulse quickened, but he hadn’t let it show. Keeping a calm voice, he loudly stated, “weapons down.” Hesitantly, for the second time the guards lowered their weapons. The one holding the pearl moved to the back, then left with another guard.

“I’ll give it to you.” Slowly, she released Anton, who surveyed the area for the pearl. “Now, where did it-“

Anton stopped as a searing pain filled his abdomen. He did not think to look down and see a claw like hand sticking out of it. Immediately, the guards brandished their weapons again. Like he was a simple toy, Anton was flung to the side, hitting the wall and falling limp.

“Yaf syryl’z qaulq za qujy uz za py. Xe bfwz zaac zmy eraeyr pyiwfryw. Goodnight, boys.” The ‘woman’ spoke in a harsh sounding language, ending in English as her form shifted completely. The next few seconds were a blur to her, and to the men standing there.

Fire!

Versin opened her wings to full size. Surrounding people stepped back.

“There’s no way something that large could fly..”

“..and if it can, we’re in big trouble.”

Getting up, a thunderclap, an explosion echoed as Versin simply threw down its wings once. Then upwards, then down again. It repeated the same motion, weaker buildings instantly being flattened, even the stronger soon succumbing to the powerful wings.

Then it happened.

Liftoff.

Versin roared, a mighty thing, rage in its pupils, in its body language, it rose into the air, the former remains of a city smoking below it. The airship sped up, but Versin was locked on; no one stole a mother’s child and got away with it.
