I just want to ensure my characters are interesting. So tell me what needs to be added and if they are characters whose stories you would like to know.
I feel like my main character might be a male mary sue. And that the princess might be annoying, but Ill leave that to you guys. For now, here is the antagonist.

Jokes aside, though. I have critique. A solid 11/10. Well done, well done. The only thing I can really say is that all of your characters are as complex and deep as Zander, your book will be absolutely phenomenal.
