Mom is a Web and game designer/coding and an artist and dad is a pediatric surgeon and plays a lot of sports and does photography?

Rubber ducks, bumble bees, a literal shower theme (or rain shower could be cool), children's books, rainbows, star warssss, or just black and white…any of those would be pretty cool…hope this helped at all

Turquoise or yellow polka dots, "you are my sunshine", (bouncing off of @childoftheuniverse's idea) umbrella decorations, winter wonderland decor if in the winter, beach-themed for summer, safari (very extravagant, I know), the cutesy 'storks delivering babies' thing, 'stag or doe, cut to know!' if you're a potterhead, enchanted forest, succulents make for some very nice gender-neutral decorations, LOT"S OF PASTEL BALLOONS, and (my favorite) hot air balloon themed (can be very aesthetically pleasing and cute if you use the right combination of pastel and bright colors)!
