It's hard to critique a character outline. It's like setting 2 people up on a date. You tell the person what they look like and like to do, but you don't know if you will like them until you meet them and see how they react and look at a situation. It's also hard to see what you going for compared to your writing. A plot line and important scenes containing the character would help you and the audience get to know your character better to see if they are good or bad characters. They could either be fundamental to the plot or a waste of space.
