(Imma throw in a quick starter for my boy. Ill just have him sneaking into the hospital so he can try to find medicine for his schizophrenia)

Vaughn stood outside the hospital on one side of it, looking at partly smashed open window. He needed the medication. It was getting bad. He could tell from the way that in the reflection of the glass, he saw a black, shadowy figure standing just behind him. It would whisper things, reminding him of his work before the infection came. He had been a serial killer. He saved people from terrible men, but no one undersood. He was simply a mindless killer. He huffed and broke a bit of glass away with a rock before climbing in. The room was dim, and he wondered where the medicine would be stored. He made his way out of the room he had broken his way into, slipping through the hallways. It was bright in the halls, which he thought was a bad thing. He had always worked under the cover of darkness, so he now felt exposed.

The hospital wouldn't be dark, Logan would be keeping all of the lights on in case of zombie attacks))

(sorry this took so long lol I was kinda busy with my mom and stuff)

Caz walked around the room he had decided to stay in. It was a room that was isolated from the rest of the people living in the hospital. After a while of pacing he got bored and sat in the corner of the once sterilized room, there had been at least two or three dead bodies in there before Logan had cleared it out. He had watched her move them out but said nothing, he was pretty sure she hadn't even noticed him as she worked because of how quiet and still he had been. Half of the wall he was leaning on was covered in blood, he didn't do so much as question it since it was the norm around here anyways. Caz sat there for what seemed like an eternity, drifting to and from sleep. He had been slightly paranoid in the night and the one before that, causing him to lose sleep. He decided to get his mind off things by pulling out his gameboy. The old beat up thing looked like garbage but it was good enough for Caz. He hadn't felt a thing when he killed his parents since they had gotten infected by the virus, but for some reason, the game sparked something inside him, excitement probably.

I can't post much for the next few hours, I'm at school and phones aren't allowed out so I can only use mine in the bathroom.))

Jaylin watched as Pollux observed the door, silently judging him.
"So…are we going to do get a key or not?" She asked him, jiggling the handle again.

Pollux knocked on the door to determine what it was made of.
"It's solid wood. I could totally knock it in, I think," he said, "It'd be a pain to run all the way back downstairs."

(quick question: where is everyone right now? I'm gonna have Amber sneak into the hospital, and I don't want to screw up and get something wrong when I'm writing it lmao)

(Jaylin and Pollux are on the upper floor. Logan is in the pharmacy. I think Vaughn and Caz are both in the hospital, but in different parts.)

"Or you could….not do that. Just a suggestion." Jaylin told him, but she stood back away from the door just in case he did decide to break it down.

Amber crept around the edge of the building, letting a breath out slowly as she scanned the area around her. She carefully stepped around the corpses and kept an eye out for anything that moved. She made her way to a small, windowless door. It was locked, but that's something she expected, and something she could easily overcome with a bobby pin, patience, and determination.
After a few failed tries, she was finally successful at picking the lock. The door creaked loudly when she pulled it open, and she kept a hand on her dagger as she entered the dark building, listening for movement.

(It looks perfectly fine to me.)
Pollux grumbled. "Yeah, no… It's not a very good idea, but I'm impatient. But I could damage the lock without breaking it completely, and then we might have an even harder time getting in."
He turned away from the door and started walking back down the hallway.

Jaylin nodded, glad that she could convince Pollux to not break down the door. Maybe I can get him to listen to me after all.
"I'll wait up here." She stated as Pollux began walking away. "I need to find a place to charge my laptop."

"Okay. I'll be back soon."
Pollux walked downstairs, asked Logan if she had a key to the room they were trying to get into, and was relieved when she had it. He jogged back upstairs. When he got to the top, he realized he was pretty winded and his chest was a little tight. All of that running, and nothing, but some stairs were about to take him down. He slowed to a walk as he approached Jaylin and the lab, and he was trying to take deep breaths and suppress the occasional cough. He hoped it would fade; he was almost out of medicine, and he wasn't completely sure if any was available here, and if it was, if Logan would let him take what he needed.

Jaylin had plugged her laptop into the wall and was typing on it when Pollux returned. She noticed that his breathing seemed a little off, like he had been sprinting for a while.
"Are you alright? You sound like you've just run a marathon."

"Yeah," he huffed, "It's fine…"
Pollux felt his pocket to make sure he still had his inhaler, should he need it, then he continued to walk.
He took the key and stuck it into the door, then opened it to see what was inside. He flipped on all the light switches and started to investigate. In the back corner of the room was the microscope he was looking for.
He coughed into the crook of his elbow and made his way towards the back of the room.
"I found what I was looking for!" he called back to Jaylin.

Jaylin perked up at that, stuffing her things into her backpack before running into the room.
"Really?!" She exclaimed, observing the room she was now in.

"Yeah, let's see if I can get this thing started up. I've never used this kind of equipment before," he said, "Nothing this high-tech."
Pollux found the switch to turn the microscope on. He pulled on a pair of nitrile gloves from the cabinet and then took out a plastic bag from his backpack. It was filled with other plastic bags containing petri dishes and glass slides. He laid them out on the counter and started reading the labels, trying to determine what he should examine first.
