(You should be ashamed of yourself lol)
Cole's quick-thinking mind was already hatching up a plan to beat her. He wouldn't kill her, no. He would keep her as his special captive, his pet.
(Have you read the Red Queen series?)

Elise, while defending herself from Cole, tried to think of ways to surrender in a non-shameful way. I could just give in now… She barely dodged another attack. Hell, he might actually beat me.
(No. What's it about?)
(bump)
(Sorry. I've not been active lately. But basically, in one of the books, the main character is being held as a prisoner of war, but she's kept in an iron collar, and is dragged around the prince like a dog.)
Cole flicked his fingers, and four more of him appeared.
(Oh nice! And you're fine lol)
Elise gave a small gasp in surprise. I can't even beat one of them. How am I supposed to beat four? She went into a defensive stance, unsure of how this would go down.
One of the Coles darted at her, knife at the ready.
Elise tried to evade it, but it skimmed the skin of her back, leaving a rather ugly cut. Suppressing a groan, she readied her blade and charged at the Cole that she thought was the original.
The real Cole was next to her. He lunged at her and tripped her, pulling her weapon from her hand and holding her down. "Gotcha," he said with a smirk.
Elise looked up at him, shocked. "W-what?!" She sputtered in disbelief. How…
Cole smirked even more and heaved her to her feet. "Come on, Pretty Girl, admit it. I won."
"Pretty girl?" A light pink color rose to her cheeks. She crossed her arms and sighed, "You technically won, yes." Elise hated to lose. This fight was no exception.
"Technically?" Cole laughed. "Sweetheart, I won both the battle and your heart." He smirked at the rising blush on her cheeks.
Elise avoided his gaze. "Fine, you won the battle." She put emphasis on the word battle, but left out the word heart. It was true, she did think he was quite attractive. But she wasn't about to let her pride fall and just admit that.
"And that means you get to… capture me." She said, hesitantly. Elise didn't like it too much, but a deal was a deal.
Cole shrugged. "Yup. And you can deny it all you want, but I'm right, and you know it." He gave a mock bow. "Come with me, my lady."
"Tch. Lead the way then." She was still acting pridefully.
"As you wish, Your Highness." With a quick movement, he tripped her and caught her, inches from the ground. His face was close to hers. He smiled slightly. "Care to repeat that?"
Elise was visibly flustered. "Er, no." She said, her voice high pitched and a bit squeaky.
"Why not?" He asked, face still inches away from hers.
She turned her face away from him. "Put me down." She commanded him.
"Put me down please," he said with a smirk. "Manners are everything, Highness. Didn't your fancy tutors teach you that?"
She took a deep breath to collect herself. "Put me down please." She said as threateningly as possible.
"As you wish." He dropped her into the mud and straightened.
Elise groaned when she hit the ground. She internally cursed Cole for being a smartass and got up, trying to scrape the mud off of her. "What do you intend to do with me?" She asked. "Besides drop me in mud."
"Hmm," Cole said, tapping his chin. "I don't know yet. There are so many possibilities…" He smirked at her. He whistled, and his horse came galloping over. He swung astride and held out a hand. "Come, Highness."
Elise reluctantly took his hand and swung herself up on the horse. "Well then, just pick a possibility and roll with it," she said, seemingly impatient.
