well for me (correct me if I'm wrong because I'm still new to all this) is someone who doesn't fall under the two categories of male and female? Like there will be some days where they feel more masculine and some days where they feel more feminine.

Name: Jude West
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Gay
Appearance: 5'7, very slim build with less muscle than you would expect from someone in the military, pale cream-colored skin, ice-blue eyes, slightly unkempt and overgrown dark brown hair, has a few small scars on his body mostly in places that are usually hidden like his back and chest, has one tattoo in black across his collarbone that says Astra inclinant sed non obligant ("The stars incline us but do not bind us.")
Personality: Kind of stern and uptight, no-nonsense, but he's not quiet at all- actually quite vocal, especially if he has a problem with something, questions everything he thinks might not be right, very analytical, "I'm five steps ahead," borderline genius in some peoples' eyes, but he's kind of a nervous wreck and is pretty sure the only reason people see him as "smart" is because he's so scared of failure he pushes himself beyond his limits to do everything correctly, thinks he's a fake and that one day everyone will catch on
what age did you join the army: 13
Position: Strategist
Weapons: Pistol, knives, also carries around a taser
Shipping: Yes! As long as personalities work well together.
Any Family: Probably out there somewhere, but he can't really bring himself to look for them, especially since they're the reason he's in this stupid army in the first place.
Preferred form of attack: Hates actually fighting. Prefers to be behind attacks and tactics, so I guess you could say he fights with his brains. In a pinch though, he won't hesitate to shoot.
specialty: Strategy and battle planning, puzzles, good at games that require lots of thinking
Other: So basically he was a kid genius, but he's the perfect example of gifted kid who grew up and just became a regular but somewhat exceptional adult. This causes him a lot of insecurity.
(I know he needs a name, I'm working on it! I've got everything else though. Does he look okay?)

(Dude bro is awesome!! Once you get a name, hop on board!!)(not sure if I mention ed the basic outline of this plot: they are on opposite sides, hence why there are 2 of most things, but when they come face to face with each other, they realize they know the others and realize that it was this war that made them drift apart. They abandon the war and go on the run, trying to find a way to end this war before it takes anymore lives, and breaks anymore bonds.)

Kova glared at the new recruits as they bullied a younger boy. They kept teasing him and had broken their formation. She rubbed her forehead and jumped out of the tree, landing on her feet as she glared. "What in goddamn hell do you think you are doing rookie?" She barked, pulling one of the boys by the collar. He smirked and looked her up and down "what's a princess like you doing here?" He asked, the smirk never wavering. A few nearby soloders muttered to one another and Kova smirked. "This princess is here to show you rookies how to kick the ass of an idiot." She said, grinning wolfishly. The boy laughed and flicked her nose "yeah, a pansy like you against me?" Kova grinned and grabbed his arm, flipping him over her shoulder and pushing the heel of her boot in his chest "what was that about a pansy?" She asked. Kova reached down and helped him up. The man who brought the new recruits smirked "good luck kids, when you train with Kova Avyanna, senior spy and co-strategist of the Black Knight army, you need as much luck as you can." He turned around and left. Kova grinned and looked back at the now pale group of recruits. "Drop and give me 50, 2 minutes!" She barked and walked around the rows of bodies moving up and down, 'fresh blood' she thought sadly

Silas looked up from his newest design and ran into the generals tent. The tall female was sitting upright against her table, looking at her map. A spy had broken in again and seen their plans for a naval strike. This plan was slowly failing, however with his newest creation, Silas was sure it might benefit the White Rose army. He took out his blueprint and showed General Turnsel the launcher plans. The general grinned and slapped his back "how soon will it be complete?" She asked. Silas smirked "come by my tent sometimes this week, I should have the major components finished." He stated. 'the sooner this ends, the sooner I can look for my family.' he thought.

(Sorry, I was a bit busy educating myself on military aircrafts lmaoo I kinda got carried away doing research, whoops, sorry bout that)
Rae stood by the huge warplanes they were going to use to shake the other side. She was leaning against its smooth surface with a huge prideful grin on her face. Rae loved taking flight in the sky and used to get in trouble for pulling off tricks and loops during training. It was worth it though. She watched the troops get in formation as the sergeant paced back and forth, calling out their flaws. Rae bet a hundred bucks that at least one of them wasn't going to make it past the sergeant. The troops that were here had already taken the tests necessary to get into the military. Specifically for the air force. Now they were going to fly a military aircraft for the first time, not something they were used to for sure. They might have piloted those easy docile planes but nothing would prepare them for the fast smooth F-35A Lightning II. Those were the bomb. Rae had ever piloted two types of planes and those were the F-35A Lightning II and the Dassault Rafale.

Jude was sitting in on a war meeting, quietly listening in for the new information spies had gathered. He leaned his elbows up against the table and had his hands folded in front of his face. He peered over the backs of his hands to look at the men and women who spoke. Occasionally, he reached down to his blue ballpoint pen and a little notepad, which was spiral-bound across the top, then he jotted down some notes and drew rough sketches of maps and diagrams. Jude quickly tried to formulate as many plans as possible based on their words, in hopes that at least one would be passably good. Deep in thought, he fiddled with his pen, clicking it a few times, then moving it restlessly back and forth between two fingers until it slipped and he slung it halfway across the table.
Jude stopped, slowly turned back towards where he threw the pen, and sheepishly took it back from a woman with a very stern expression. He was pretty sure a couple of people were trying not to laugh, but maybe it was just in his head. Jude sighed and went back to writing and formulating, but nothing seemed to be without consequence or sacrifice, of the plans he was able to draft.

Jay layed in the dirt, body as close and as low to the ground as he could be, the familiar and almost comforting feeling of rough ground against his stomach. His M40A5 sniper rifle sat comfortably in his arms as he looked at the target that was set up 800 metres away which wasn’t a challenge for him at this point but any practice counts in his opinion. He slowly let a long steady breath before pausing and steadying his aim, everything around him besides the sight on his gun seemed to slow and blur around him and he focused. Jay pullled the trigger releasing the deafening crack of the bullet he looked up from his gun. bullseye.
