(maybe its a society where the secret service/scientists somehow figured out how to genetically modify animals to use them as weapons for war and then a rebellion starts and the community crumbles.)

(Hmm maybe there are like alot of homeless people and stuff, idk we gon' have to survive, and maybe because of all the toxic fumes some of us are genetically modified too ie: different colour eyes/hair,/body idk.)
