Adrianne pushed a stray strand of hair from her face and rubbed her eyes, groaning. She was tired, crabby and hungry, which was not a good combination.
(Also, have they met their mates yet?)

(Maybe? I was assuming they were all already a pack, but that can be not yet)
Silver was out late like usual. Looking around for useful herbs, plants, anything interesting. Pausing he looked up at the partial moon, it seemed to glow silver as he padded through the trees, not far from the pack den.

(Alright. Maybe some of them can be a pack?)
(Sounds good!)
(Cool!)
Grayson stretched the sleep from his body and shook out his fur. Letting out a low howl of a yawn, he shifted into his human form and pulled a shirt and jeans on, readying for the day
Elise shook herself awake, coughing slightly and stretching back as far as she could. "Good morning." She usually tried to act somewhat enthusiastic in the morning.
Isa was observing quietly from the shadows as all around him the pack woke and began moving. He'd been up for a few hours, but how long exactly he couldn't say. All he knew was that his wolf had been restless for a while, and so he begrudgingly decided to quit his sulking, as his former mate would've called it. Thinking about her sent a severe pang of grief through him, so he did his best to shove his feelings aside and gather his thoughts. He used the wall he was sitting against to push himself up, rolling his shoulders and wincing as they cracked. Probably a result of sitting there for so long. He moved closer to the center of the pack, nodding his acknowledgements to them as he went.
"Morning. You feeling alright?" Grayson asked, hearing Elise cough. He knew he fussed over his fellow pack member often but he only had good intentions "you seem very happy this morning, more than usual."
Silver padded back to the pack den, avoiding most of the others except for a good natured smile here and there. Slipping over to a back corner he quickly changes and pulled his usual clothing on. His fur vest was tucked up over his hair as he began to sort the herbs he'd collected into his bag, then heading back out to lounge on the rocks outside the den.
Adrianne's stomach growled and she sighed, rolling her eyes. She shifted, and her wolf begged her to go run. They hadn't been out in a while. She ran into the forest in search of prey. Hey, alpha, her friend said through mind-link.
Elise glanced around. "Just being a morning person. I'm going to go hunt, anyone want to come?" She leaned to look outside, glancing through the clouds and sniffing the air for any prey.
Isa noticed Adrianne leave and, after a moment's hesitation, bolted past the entrance of the cave, pulling his shirt over his head in a single, fluid moment. The article of clothing was gone and a cream colored wolf leapt away from the abandoned fabric, including the joggers he purposefully left loose for occasions such as this. It took approximately thirty seconds to catch up to her, though he stayed a respectable distance away in case she was looking to be alone. Hey, alpha, he greeted her. Isa took a moment to judge the time of day and state of the forest, but followed his greeting with, Need any help?
Nah, Adrianne said, smelling him and turning to look at the healer. Just hunting.
(Everyone is dead…)
Elise joined them, shifting into a wolf herself. Is anyone hunting here? She shifted her weight back and forth between her paws, digging her claws back into the cool ground.
Adrianne heard a slight scratching noise and turned her head, raising her nose in the air. Another wolf was coming. Far away, but coming.
Isa sensed it, too, his fur bristling with uncertainty as he tilted his head and flicked his ear towards the sound. He was downwind, unable to tell who it was until they were closer. He started to circle so that he'd be more upwind, but paused to gauge the alpha's reaction. Should I check it out? he asked warily.
Adrianne tilted her head. You can, but I don't think they pose a threat.
He dipped his head in acknowledgement and proceeded, forcing the fur along his spine to lay flat so as not to alarm the other wolf. He kept low to the ground, but not so much so that he'd appear as a threat. After all, he was mostly just curious to see who was there.
Grayson stepped out of the den and headed for that back exit, looking to go for a hunt. Shifting not Sprint, he headed to a clearing that was know for good prey. Spotting a doe not so far off, he crouched down and started to stalk the unaware animal. Gotcha now…
Elise waited with Adrianne, not sure if she should go an hunt or stay with her Alpha until they knew who was coming. She always felt awkward when she wasn't hunting or doing something useful, so she busied herself with looking around and smelling the air.
A stick cracked near her, and Adrianne perked up her ears. She listened hard. A deer. She darted towards it with her nose in the air.
Gray yelped in surprise as the deer spooked and headed towards him. you have got to be kidding me right now! he let the deer pass and sprinted after it, breathing hard from the scare and from running
