Havenwood reached over Elise and grabbed the plate of meat. “Here, you’re probably hungry.”
"That I am." She began to eat, smiling gratefully up at him.
Havenwood grinned back and booped her nose. “Oh, I was thinking, maybe we should get married, now that we have a kid.”
Elise laughed softly. "Perhaps we should."
Havenwood grabbed her hands again. “It’d be great to marry you, just for the hell of it, too.”
"I wholeheartedly agree." She looked at him. "You know, in the city, people would get married well before they thought of having kids." She grinned.
Havenwood chuckled. “Well, this isn’t the city. It’s Greece, where girls of 15 loose their virginity.”
(Haha good thing I don’t live there.)
(tehe I'm greek but live in 'murica)
Elise laughed. "Well, I'm twenty-five, but I think that's just fine."
Havenwood smiled at her laugh. “Twenty five? You’re like a child compared to other Gods here.”
Elise grinned back. "How old are you? You don't look any older than twenty-eight or so."
“I do? I haven’t seen my reflection in ages. Anyway, I’m 1356 and two months.”
"What?" She leaned her head against his chest, smiling. "Sheesh, love, excuse my rudeness but that's old. Most mortals only live to about ninety-five or so."
“Well, aren’t you a God too? You’re going to live for a whole long time alongside me.” He wrapped his arms around her.
She grinned. "That's good news." She looked up. "If you want to marry me, though, you'll have to do it the old way they do in the city." She stated, the grin clinging to her face.
(I’m going to bed. Niighhhht)
(just one more…?
no?)
(Nope dead)
(oOF dude)
(Yep)
(anyways I might ghost cuz church but it is your turn darling)
(Yee)
She grinned. "That's good news." She looked up. "If you want to marry me, though, you'll have to do it the old way they do in the city." She stated, the grin clinging to her face.
Havenwood tilted his head. “How do they do it in the city?”
"Well, first you gotta have a ring." She instructed.
“I don’t have a ring!” Havenwood exclaimed with a troubled expression.
