Aerwyn quickly grabbed her portion and took it up to the deck. She leaned against the side, quietly eating it. Once she finished, she climbed the mast and and sat on the ledge, looking around at the view. Heights had an odd way of calming her, there was something about the cooler breeze that let her feel at ease.
Carla stepped into the kitchen, and realized that she had slept in. So stupid! She thought, Oh well, wasn't hungry anyway "Morning guys," She said, tightening the strap of her bag that concealed the many weapons she carried around.
(Sorry for taking so long!)
(Someone can come talk to Nathan. I haven't been on much becuase I was taking a mental health breakish.)
When no one answered, Carla walked over and stood next to Nathan. "Hey, how's it going?" She asked, although she already knew the answer, thanks to her telepathy that she had forgotten existed for a moment.
"Fine." He responded gruffly, warming up a bitcut with his hands to eat. He didn't usually have much of an appetite, so he tended to only eat one or two pieces of food.
"K." She grabbed a biscuit, and bit into it. "This is great, as usual, since you made it."
"You can't butter me up with compliments on my food. It's not going to get you seconds."
"That's not what I was trying to do. I just came in here, remember?"
(Guys, Please remember. Detailed answer, at least 3 sentences, That was my rule.)
Calder sighed before looking at the small pocket watch he had snatched a while ago. He chuckles quietly to himself as he tucks it back away and runs a hand through his hair. "Alrighty then. 5 minutes until take off! Everyone to their posts!!" He shouts as he crosses the deck. He hums as he looks around, it was indeed a beautiful morning.
Nathan hummed, nodding and starting to shoo Carla out of the kitchen. "Go, out of my kitchen!" He exclaimed, waving around his spatula before making sure all the food was secure. "Kitchen's all ready for moving!" Nathan yelled up to Calder.
Carla stepped out of the kitchen laughing, then made her way to the deck. She sighed when the wind hit her face, and she carefully climbed up and made sure the sails were ready. "All good up here!" She called, before grabbing a loose rope, swinging down, and tying it to a post.
Lydia tied her hair up into a bun while she looked down at a map on a table in the sleeping quarters. She grabbed the map, swung a bag of tools over her shoulder, and walked into the galley. "Hey," she muttered, to anyone who was listening, while she grabbed a biscuit. She ran above deck to her map station, laying out all her tools. "Ready Captain!" she called.
"Hey Lydia." Carla said walking up next to her. "You've got all of your things together I see." She leaned against the table, glancing at one the large map.
(By the way, she can read minds on command, so she's not always just reading some random person's mind.)
"Alright! Then we're on our way!" He chuckles and stands on the bow of the ship and took a deep breath, feeling the ocean underneath them. He raised his hands slowly, feeling the boat rock underneath him. He urged the water forward and with a splash, he heard the ship move off the deck and into the ocean. He sighed softly, letting the water guide them now and leaping from the bow. "Alright, ladies and gentlemen. Off we go!"
Lydia jotted some coordinates down on a piece of paper. "Yes." She glanced up at Carla for a moment. "I do." She looked back down and continued to map out their route. Carla was nice, but Lydia was working, and Carla probably had her own job to do. She wondered for a moment if Carla was listening to her, then decided she didn't care.
Carla stood and walked off, heading below deck to make sure her weapons were all in shape. When she finished, she came back up carrying all of them in bags. She set them down and stood at the railing of the ship.
(I'm here, not sure about everyone else)
(Well…do we just continue?)
