Keigo looked over at them “ ill be fine.. It's nothing..” he said softly and walked off somewhere.

Toaci nuzzled bull, making a happy sounding chirp.

Amelia watched Keigo go with concern. She then glanced at Boris.

Boris, who was nearly finishing eating, noted her peculiar look. She shifted her eyes to the door, where Keigo had vanished, and Boris gave her a small nod. He finished eating, then left to find Keigo.

Amelia then decided to find something to eat, though her mind was stuck on Keigo. She genuinely hoped he was alright, and that it was just a bit of pain getting to him.

Jonathan was too absorbed in his pad, and the occasional glance and chuckle at Bull, to notice what was going on.

Bull was also a bit distracted. He looked at Toaci, a bit surprised by his actions. He then snickered and petted him with a finger.

“You know, for a menacing little bird, you’re cool.”

Edgar hopped down onto Bull’s other shoulder, plucking at his hair a bit, jealous. Bull snickered, and petted him as well.

Toaci let bull alone and went to go find keigo.. He kept mumbling the word yellow.

Bull watched in confusion, unsure what Toaci meant. Edgar seemed confused too, and chirped.

“The fuck does ‘yellow’ mean?”Bull asked.

Jonathan and Amelia looked at him. Edgar noticed Jonathan’s concerned look and flew over to him, perching on his shoulder and nibbling at his hair. Jonathan petted Edgar, then looked at Amelia.

“Seizure,”Amelia said to Bull.

“Oh. Do we…”Bull started.

“Boris probably already knows. You two stay here and continue,”Amelia said.

She then walked out of the galley, looking for Keigo and Boris, or even Toaci so that he could guide her to them.

Bull and Jonathan looked at each other and shrugged. Neither could really help, so they obeyed Amelia. Edgar then started a game with the two to cheer them up, calling out ‘pretty bird’ and going to the first one who said it and nuzzling them before calling again.

Keigo could have been found in his room, still shaking. He was coming in and out of it, he heard toaci calling at the door but he wasn't Registering to open the door.

Boris had gone to grab his medkit and noticed a yellow alert on his pad. He quickly made his way to Keigo’s room, noticing Toaci. He opened the door and stepped in, immediately going to work.

Amelia searched around a bit, then caught a glimpse of Boris. She followed him at a distance and noted Toaci at Keigo’s door. She then decided to wait nearby, this way she wouldn’t crowd the room.

Keigo stared for a moment before realizing Boris was there, he blinked a couple of times before watching him. He was already sitting up and complied with Boris pretty easily.

“So what influenced this one? Your wound fucking with you?”Boris asked as he worked. He also checked the mentioned wound, freshening up the bandage.

Amelia moved closer, standing next to the door and listening close.

“ not sure, just started hurting and then I saw my band.. “ he said softly, Keigo held his hand out to toaci, letting the bird come upon his hand. He pet toaci softly.

Boris hummed, considering his words.

“Were you stressing out over anything recently? And did you move wrong or weird, that you know of? That could explain the pain,”Boris asked.

Amelia remembered Keigo’s nightmare and wondered if that had influenced it. He had been pretty upset, so it was reasonable. And apparently, his seizures were influenced by stress, which made the nightmare even more likely. Nothing else made sense to her, primarily because he had seemed quite cheery in the galley, excluding his pain.

Keigo sighed “ I had a night terror recently. I.. I'd seen my ex, her body falling to the ground from the bullet in her head.. I heard maxims gunshot and then the smell of gunpowder.. I woke up and just started crying, my whole body hurt like hell.” he explained

Boris winced.

“That would explain both the seizure and the pain. Fuck, that’s rough. Emma was with you though, right?”Boris asked.

Amelia grimaced. She had figured Maxim would haunt him. Fucking typical of the asshole to haunt everyone who knew him, whether he was alive or dead. But, the image of his ex falling like that, whether she had done him wrong or not, was harsh.

“ yeah.. She was able to calm me down.. “ he said, keigos head lowered. He hated bringing up his ex, let alone the memory of watching her die. It was stressful and a memory he didn't want to revisit. He only wished that he could have gone back and been there for her when she needed him most.

Boris noted his look with concern and waved at him to catch his attention.

“Whatever you’re thinking about, quit it. It won’t do you good to linger on dark thoughts. The past is the past. It’s a guide, not a fucking shackle. So, don’t let it get it you down. Come on, you’re fucking engaged! Where’s the chipper Bird-Man I saw hugging on Emma earlier?”Boris said.

Amelia listened to Boris and sighed. Though, she couldn’t help a giggle at his last words. Boris was always one to try and cheer people up.

Keigo looked up, he smiled softly. “ thanks bear..” he said almost happily. He watched as toaci moved to sit at the door. “ Melia!” he chipped happily. Keigo could just dropped right there.how long has she been listening

Boris nodded, then looked at the door. A confused eyebrow rose. Toaci could tell she was out there? He hadn’t heard a thing.

Amelia shyly stepped in, giggling at Toaci.

“He is just too smart. One giggle because of Boris’ comforting words, and I’m caught. Anyway, how are you? Toaci flew out of the galley and I got worried,”Amelia said, snickering a bit, then looking at Keigo.

She could tell Keigo was concerned about how much she’d heard, and she hoped they could have a private conversation later about it. She knew it was all a tender subject for him, and didn’t want him to think that she was trying to go behind his back to figure out everything.

Keigo sighed, “ I'm sorry, I didn't want to scare bull or beta, “ he held his arms open for Amelia, letting her decide if she wanted his affection.

Amelia snorted,”Edgar is probably the bigger concern. Beta has seen you, and has an idea of what to expect. And Bull is called ‘Bull’ for a reason. He doesn’t flinch… unless you’re a bird and you bite him in the ass.”

Amelia and Boris both snickered at that last bit.

Amelia then moved forward and wrapped Keigo in a gentle hug. She nuzzled his shoulder.

“Honestly, the fact that you walked off without a word scared me a bit. I understand, I truly do, but that sort of thing bothers me… for several reasons,”she admitted.

“ I'm sorry, next time I will say something. “ Keigo said softly and snuggled her. He understood her worry, and respectfully he'd try and fix it. Keigo knew hed have to apologize to bull and Jonathan but that could wait, right now all that mattered to him was easing Amelia's worry.

Toaci went back to his friend, picking through the others feathers.

“It’s alright,”Amelia replied, gently rubbing his back and savoring his hold.

Boris watched a moment, then gathered up his tools and medkit.

“Well, since Toaci left, and you seem to be doing better, I think I’ll head out and let you two have a moment. Just remember what I said, alright?”Boris said, looking at Keigo to make sure he understood.

Edgar chirped happily at Toaci’s return, nuzzling him.

( the lill Bird's XD) keigo nodded and kept snuggling Amelia. He yawned softly and rubbed amelias back softly. “ I love you..” he mumbled

Toaci stayed nuzzled with the other bird, keeping warm.

(I know, grin)

“I love you too,”she replied, yawning as well.

Her earlier thought nagged at her and she sighed.

“And, just to get it out of the way, so it won’t nag at either of us. I heard most, if not all, of the conversation you had with Boris. I’m not going to pry, or judge, or anything like that. I didn’t want to crowd the room while Boris was with you, that’s all. I just want to make sure you’re okay,”Amelia said.

She snuggled up a bit more to him, hoping he wouldn’t be upset.

Edgar stayed curled up with Toaci.

Jonathan glanced up at the pair and smiled. They were just adorable. He waved at Bull and nodded at the two. Bull chuckled.

Toaci kept his wing over Edgar, having fallen asleep.

Keigo sighed “ I don't often talk about her.. It still haunts me.. But like bear said. I need to move on, I've got you, and you are most important to me. I will never make that mistake again.”

Jonathan waved at Bull again and they grinned at the sleeping birds.

“I know the feeling. The last time I saw my adoptive father… anyway. I think we both need to move on from the things in our past. And I completely agree. You’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me, and I’m not about to let you go,”Amelia replied softly.
