Egan sat there watching everything around him burn.

Tyler groaned. So borrredd. He left his apartment and walked down the street, looking for something to do.

(sorry it took so long to get my character up I had homework)
Name-Shira
Age- 6
Powers(i guess)- Extreme intelligence, Temperature and liquid manipulation,invisibility
Personality- Serious, a twisted sense of humor, ruthless, Quite unless something needs to be said.
Looks- Short black hair, Lifeless gray eye's, has the build of a small child, black and purple wardrobe.
Weaknesses- Being short, not physically strong.
Strengths- manipulation, getting what she wants.
Other- She killed her parents on accident and now hates the world and wants to see it burn, how it happens not important.

Could Oliver possibly adopt her?//

Shira Made her self visible and sat down next to Oliver's throne. "How will we proceed?" She asked looking up at Oliver and Kira.

Oliver smiles, "Ah! My little Shira." He purrs, kissing her forehead. "How are we today~" He says, smiling at her fondly. "Kira, my dear, this is Shira, my wonderful little girl."

"Hi, little girl." Kids never liked Kira much, so she wasn't sure what to say. Oliver never told me he had a daughter. "Sorry, your Dad and I are pretty close, so you'll be seeing me around a lot." Kira smiled the best she could and laid her chin on Oliver's shoulder.

Shira nodded her head at Kira, "I would be better if the men you sent for me were more punctual, 32 seconds late, they were 32 seconds late to escort me so I must apologize for their demise. They have mysteriously died of a heart attack and ruptures veins."

Oliver coos and smiles, "That's my little girl." he purrs, "Those idiots, being late. Tch. I'm glad they're gone." He rolls his eyes before picking Shira up and setting her on his lap. "No need to apologize my beautiful little girl~ They got what they deserved."

Kira was is shock. At this young of age she was already this evil? "I think I'm going to like you!" She patted the little girls head.
(Is it weird that I think they would make an adorable supervillain family?)

Shira tucked her head under his chin, "I wasn't sure what to do with the bodies so I drained the liquids out of them and watched them devolve into dust, the hallway might need vacuumed now, I would hate to inhale them."

Oliver nods and waves off a maid. "Your wish is my command, my princess." He purrs, kissing her cheek lovingly. Oh how he loved his little girl.

Shire snuggled up against Her father and fought the urge to sleep, failing miserably.

Oliver smiles, Shira was his little girl. He runs a hand through her hair. "Sleep my little one." He coos happily. He chuckles softly.

Kira pouted a bit. "Hey, hey, hey." Kira poked Oliver's cheek. "Um, don't forget about me now that shes here." He couldn't possibly love this little person more then her, right? Sure she was cute, strong and already extremely evil. Ah, forget it, Kira would probably love her more as well.

Oliver smiles, "How could I ever forget about you, my dear~ Shira here is my little girl, but you are my queen~" He purrs, chuckling.

"Hm, Queen?" She nodded. "I like the sound of that." Finally she shifted out of her devil form. "The girl looks tired." Where did he keep her all this time?

He nods, "My precious little girl must've not gotten much sleep last night." he mutters, sighing softly as he gently cradles the smaller female. He smiles at Kira, "I'm glad to see you're pleased with the thought of royalty." He nods, "She does waste much power when using it on people." he kisses Shira's forehead.
