So Sam, my OC, gets bitten by a rattlesnake while camping. They can't get to the hospital in time, so they are about to die, when they are visited by an angel. So apparently, most angels get only one trip to the Earth in their lifetime to grant three (used for good) wishes/heal people/do nice shit. The angel offers to heal Sam, and they are about to accept… when they say no. People need it more than them. But they set down the conditions for the angel- If they die, then the angel must do three things: Heal one person with cancer, heal one person with HIV/AIDS, and help one person who needs it the most out of everyone they meet.
The angel flies away, and Sam dies, obviously.
But the angel comes back, and realizes "oh shit I feel bad now", so they give their (in case you're confused, both Sam AND the angel go by they/them) life essence to Sam so that they can survive from the snake bite. However, what the angel didn't know was this: Since they technically made a binding contract with Sam, until the terms of the contract are fulfilled, they will give part of their power to anyone they healed/used supernatural power on. So those three people got powers, and Sam just got powers because, you know, you can't have an angel sacrifice themselves for you (a once in a 1000 year event) without getting some.
bUT HERE'S THE CATCH
Although they technically weren't allowed to do so, since it's kind of a rough neighborhood, the angel used their power to put down any gangs or bad guys causing trouble in the neighborhood. ALL of them.
And that would be a really nice deed… if the angel hadn't died. Since that happened, they all resurrected… with powers.
Now, it's up to Sam and the other three kids, calling themselves the 'Vigilante Angels', to defeat them and send them back to Hell.

Powers: Can "channel" people's dark auras out of their souls and into some temporary containment vessel until it can be used on someone else. "Dark auras" are physical injuries, but also mental illnesses like depression and pessimistic moods.

Sam fingered the nail polish bottles in their bag, looking around for any potential adversaries. Just then, they caught a flash of motion on the right, spotting someone reaching into another person's pocket. A gang member, perhaps? I'm not going to stop him unless he is one…
Jackson slipped his hand into the pocket of one of the people in the restaurant. He moved quietly, no one had even seen him. He walked towards the bathroom, looking to count all the money he had collected throughout the night. He wasn't aware that one of the tattoos from the gang he had just left (by faking his own death) was showing for a breif moment.
