(oh! thanks, that worked)
Xander went into the voting booth after Enzo and quickly typed the name he wanted into the keyboard, fingers trembling. He pressed enter and left. Xander had to leave the room; he was already panicking, before he knew the results of the vote. His heart raced, and he leaned back against a wall, trying to steady his breathing, but what happened next, he did not expect. Xander was sobbing. He had been holding it in too long.
(Oh, okay. I’ll try that. Thanks!)
Veda frowned, pulling away from Paige and walking towards the crying sounds. "Hey." She said softly. "It's okay." She whispered, sitting down beside Xander and putting a comforting hand on his shoulder.
Enzo walked back out to the sofa he'd vacated. Lixi was still sitting there. He crouched by her. "Listen, Lixi," he whispered, making sure no one else was listening. "I've got something important to tell you."
Lixi managed to calm her breatging down as she turned to face him. "What?" She whispered.
Xander closed his stance upon feeling Veda’s touch. He was horrified by both the situation and his weakness, and he wanted to be left alone. He continued gasping, trying to push the crying and fear back down, but he couldn’t quite do it.
"Don't vote for yourself," he said, still in an extremely low voice. "I know you don't want to kill anyone, but any one of these people could be psychos who would vote for you. You –you're a kid, and I've got a kid back home who's relying on me to get back. We can't die. Vote for someone else."
Veda wrapped her arms around Xander. "Shh, it's okay, it's okay." The words tasted bitter in her mouth, knowing that they were a lie.
Seeing no one else get up, Liam headed inside the booth. He paused, though forced himself to choose his answer. He left the booth, swallowing thickly.
(Gtg for a bit, bbl)
(Bye!)
Xander allowed himself another minute or two to cry, then he gave up and became silent, hugging Veda back.
(I'm back)

"Don't vote for yourself," he said, still in an extremely low voice. "I know you don't want to kill anyone, but any one of these people could be psychos who would vote for you. You –you're a kid, and I've got a kid back home who's relying on me to get back. We can't die. Vote for someone else."
Lixi stayed silent. "N-No, I'll vote for myself, I won't be responsible for a killing someone. I don't want to be a murderer, not when there was a way to get out all along." Lixi replied softly.
Veda rubbed Xander's back. "We're going to be okay. I promise I'm going to find a way out of here."
Enzo took a deep breath, his eyes sorrowful. "Alright. It's your choice. I don't want to scare you, conejita," he said. "Hopefully, everything will work out."
Lixi nodded and gave Enzo a hug. "Thank you." She replied before she let go and went inside the booth. A screen appeared before her, listing all names and faces. Her hand was shaking unbearably as she scrolled down and saw her name and face. Lixi was about to click it before she hesitated. Do I really want to do this? What if someone votes for me and I die? I'll never see home again. She thought to herself as she stared at the screen. Lixi gulped as she chose her answer before she left the booth.
John took a deep breath. He headed into the voting both and entered a name. He came out, only hoping no one else would put a vote on him. He had to get back home. So did everyone else.
(Edit: I just realized I said 'John took a deep', I meant to add breath after that, lol)
River decided to go in next. She quickly looked at the options and decided to choose the one in the top corner. She came out with tears in her eyes
John went over to River and offered her a scrap of tissue he had in his pocket from yesterday, "Gosh… this is terrible."
“T-thanks.” She said softly, accepting the tissue
